Your income depends on a variety of factors including whether your property is in a regional, rural or urban area, how often it is made available to guests, the number of guests it can accommodate, whether it has a pool and many more. Speak with a property onboarding specialist today for a detailed market appraisal.

We charge a one-off onboarding fee which covers the cost of getting your property set up, including necessary registrations, professional photography and listing copy to make your property shine! From here, we charge owners a percentage of the revenue generated from guest reservations, meaning our interests are 100% aligned with yours. Our fees are extremely competitive, but they do vary slightly from region to region, so it's best to contact a member of our team for more information.

All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from accidental breakages or other damage to owners' properties or common areas during their stay. In our experience, we have found that the collection of large bonds presents a barrier to entry for travellers and prevents potential guests booking your property. Instead, we offer guests a damage waiver program to cover the cost of certain incidental damages that would traditionally be taken out of their bond - at no cost to owners. A win:win.

Most guests expect linen to be provided in today’s market. We have deep connections with local linen providers and can arrange commercial grade linen and laundry services across the country.

After every stay, we will arrange our local cleaning teams to do a full departure clean to the highest standards ensure your property is sparkling for your next guests. Cleaning costs are payable by owners and vary from property to property depending on the size of the house. With our extensive networks of reliable local cleaners, you'll be safe in the knowledge that cleaning charges will always be competitive.

No, there is no minimum contract period. We act as your exclusive managing agent, but unlike others, we do so with without locking you in. It’s on us to perform for you.

Yes – your local Client Services Executive, Team Leader or Holiday Manager will be your “go-to” for all matters relating to our management of your property. They are always up for a chat about how best to maximise your property’s performance.

Owners receive payments, nett of all fees and charges, at the end of each month via direct transfer from our statutory trust account. Itemised monthly statements can be accessed via our owners’ portal 24-7.
